Delivery
Free of charge* delivery is offered throughout West of Scotland, Edinburgh, the Borders and Perthshire. All deliveries arrive within 72 hours of ordering however normal practice sees the bulk of deliveries sent out within 24 hours.

Delivery times are Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm.
All customers are emailed with specific details of delivery including confirmation of time and place.
Delivery schedules can be arranged to accommodate specific requests, e.g. staggering large loads to avoid stockpiling material onsite.
Large bulk orders are often shipped direct from the supplier reducing needless delays and costs.

Telephone ordering is available Mon – Fri* and between 7am – 5pm (4-30pm Fridays).

Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa debit & credit cards (including Visa Electron), as well as Delta, Maestro & Solo debit cards.
Receipts - a sales receipt is enclosed with all orders prior to shipping, including VAT information.
An electronic copy of the receipt is emailed to the email contact as specified on the order.
Trade accounts are available on application.
Security Online
Malcolm Insulation website uses Sage Pay as our payment provider.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Returns / Refunds
In the unlikely event of delivered material being faulty or damaged we will replace it or issue a refund providing we are immediately notified of the fault. Therefore we ask all customers to check consignments on delivery and notify us detailing your order number and details of the product and its fault.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
